Step I
Begin by reaching out at any one of our inquiry forms on our website. Share a little about you, your wedding day, and what matters most. From there, we’ll schedule a phone or video call to connect personally, answer questions, and ensure our approach aligns with your vision. We believe the best work happens when there’s a natural fit, and this conversation helps confirm we’re the right team to thoughtfully tell your story.
Step II
Following our conversation, we’ll guide you toward an experience that best supports your wedding day — based on your priorities, timeline, and the way you want the day to feel. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and retainer to officially reserve your date. From that point on, your wedding day is secured on our calendar, and we begin planning with intention and care.
Step III
With your date reserved, our focus shifts fully to serving you. We’ll support you throughout the planning process with a timeline guide and a thoughtful questionnaire as your day approaches. On your wedding day, our role is to create a calm, present experience while preserving the moments, emotions, and details that matter most. Every photograph and film is carefully edited, backed up, and refined before delivery — resulting in timeless imagery and films you’ll return to for years to come.
